Free parking on site provided. The breakfasts with cooked eggs. The very friendly staff and their quick responses to my needs. Location adjacent to centre and nearby restaurants...

Had good sleep at the twin room with a cupboard as well as tea/coffee. The cost was £ 63. The location was magnificent near enough to tourist area. What's more, it was very close to the centre of Wells, restaurants and takeaway and the Football Club.

Does it deliver?
The location is perfect-just a short stroll to the attractions! And off-street parking was a fantastic bonus, as parking in this area can be difficult.
Unfortunately, the WiFi was spotty. The thin walls led to disturbances from neighboring rooms, affecting my comfort.

The room was clean and comfy, but the window wouldn't stay open.

The window was heavy and refused to stay open. The bathroom lights lacked functionality, impacting the overall comfort . Limited interactions with the hotel left some expectations unfulfilled, like room service and the lack of breakfast replenishment. The television reception for some channels was poor, and moving in the small shower area proved challenging.

clean and convenient but a bit noisy
The room was impeccably clean. I found the location very convenient. Having off-street parking available was a significant advantage, especially in a busy area. I also enjoyed the cozy seating area and the overall warm ambiance .
Unfortunately, traffic noise disrupted my sleep quality occasionally.

The large twin room was enjoyable, featuring an en suite that was both warm and tidy. I appreciated the complimentary pastries and beverages, which were a nice touch. While the location was convenient for walking to the Cathedral, the traffic noise may disrupt light sleepers, especially with windows open.

Comfortable Stay Near Town
Each morning, I looked forward to the good selection of snacks provided, including fresh fruit and pastries, a nice touch. The short 400m walk to the city center made exploring so convenient, and having off-street parking was a real lifesaver. I did miss having a proper breakfast available on-site, as I'm not a big fan of sweet snacks for the first meal of the day.
